Shefa Trainees is a 3-week, hands-on, paid seasonal internship for young people entering 8th-10th grade who have never participated in Shefa programming before. Shefa at Abundance Farm is a paid internship, and participants receive a stipend of $25/day. More info.

Application For Spring 2025 - This application is due on Monday, April 21st at 5 pm.

Interviews (for applicants who have not previously attended Shefa) will be held on Thursday, April 24th; Tuesday, April 29th; and Thursday, May 1st.

The Shefa Training program is split into two 3-week sessions. Each applicant will likely only be able to do one of the sessions. However, you can request both sessions and we’ll let you know if we have room for you to do a second session.

Session 1: July 7- July 25
Session 2: July 28 - August 15
